• Payment: We accept various payment methods that may be adjusted at our discretion. Your order will not be confirmed until payment has been received and verified.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Policy: We ship to addresses in Singapore and most major cities globally. For international address please refer to our shipping options on checkout.

• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for your reference. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from our website pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

• Exceptions: Not applicable at the moment on our online store.
