Are your training programs customisable?

Yes! We have done it for some of our clients who want to tailor certain approaches based on internal practices or even to be on brand with your corporate identity, Vision and Values.

Can we engage you to develop a new training program?

Yes, and we have the right expertise to help you. This extends beyond just instructional design, as we have a proven strategy to guide you from produce development to enablement. This includes developing your train-the-trainer for scalability, blended approach with systems integration to future-proof your deliverables, and refresher modules.

Why do you recommend Individual and Group coaching after workshops?

Our masterclasses and training programs are highly impactful, yet, we want to partner to ensure continued momentum and support for applciation of the skills and right approach back into the workplace to drive the results you desire. Individual coaching helps individuals enhance specific skills crucial to such success while Group coaching facilitates both acountability and a safe environment to foster team synergy and address any unnecesary beuracracy at play.

Is the venue for learning really critical?

A conducive environment with the necessary tools does make a big difference. Of course, we can adjust to constraints of venue, however, we always encourage our clients to rent a proper venue if the in-house one is not optimal. For example, if you have a conference style meeting room and want to use it for training, that is not an ideal choice as it lacks space for activities and the layout does not encourage certain forms of discussions that will accelerate learning.

Can anyone be coached?

Unfortunately, no. Before we engage in a coaching partnership, it is critical we have an initial connection meet-up/call with the potential coachee to establish a few key ingredients for success: 1. The desire to take action for change, 2. Strong commitment by sponsoring leader (if applicable), 3. The chemistry with the coach. These are to ensure the resources invested from all parties support the achievement of the objectives.

What is the payment currency you accept?

As we operate from Singapore, the currency we bill is in Singapore dollars. We are in the process of setting up acceptance of other major currencies and will update once that service is available.
